The front desk lady was very friendly when we arrived. This place is great for exploring Starship, and the staff are nice. The WiFi was decent, too.

However, the room itself needed some serious work. The mattress had a notable dip, and there were issues with the condition of the bathtub and the bathroom sink that detracted from the overall experience.

A surprisingly clean getaway
The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to access various restaurants and shops. The room was clean, giving it a fresh, inviting feel despite its budget pricing.
However, the bathroom had a few noticeable issues, like slight rust on the fixtures, and the air conditioning unit could have used some maintenance to function better.

absolutely appalling experience! The bathroom was filthy, and I had the pleasure of listening to the air conditioning rattle all night. Strangely enough, I thought being here would warrant some special treatment, but the idea of an upgrade never crossed their minds. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t deal with the disgusting conditions!

Had a great time with friends here! The beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed our stay. We visited the Gladys Porter Zoo and checked out some local restaurants nearby. It’s a budget-friendly spot that’s conveniently located next to a shopping center, which made grabbing snacks easy. Definitely a good value for the price.
One downside was a language barrier with a staff member, which made it tough to get the wifi password. But overall, it was a decent experience.

The location near shopping spots and restaurants was a definite plus. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the room left much to be desired, with mold issues and a musty odor that made it uncomfortable to relax.

Comfortable bed but cleanliness issues
The bed was super comfy, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with issues like a dirty bathtub and a blockage in the sink. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection could definitely use improvement for a smoother experience.
